5. Delivery of physical products
• Physical products are sent to the address provided by the customer.
• Delivery times are indicative.
• Any delays do not entitle compensation.
6. Right of withdrawal (physical products)
The consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract regarding physical products, counting from the date of receipt.
• Return costs are borne by the consumer.
• The refund will be made after verifying the condition of the returned product.
7. Exclusion of refund – digital content and training
There is no right to a refund in the following cases:
• Digital content with immediate access
• Online courses (recorded or live)
• Individual sessions
• Conferences or events with a set date
By completing the purchase, the user expressly accepts this condition.
8. Access and use of content
• Access to content is personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing access or content with third parties is prohibited.
• Misuse may result in suspension of access, without the right to a refund.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the website is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights, and unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability

• Sports results arising from the application of the content
• Injuries or accidents resulting from sports practice
