Goalkeeping.pt reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and it is the user's responsibility to consult them regularly.

1. Who We Are

Goalkeeping.pt is a platform specialized in the specific training of goalkeepers and goalkeeper coaches, with content and services in online and in-person formats.

2. Services and Training

Through the website, specialized training products and services are available.

Training

Subscriptions
Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
The user maintains access until the end of the already paid period, ceasing after cancellation.

Recorded Online Courses
Access is automatic after payment.
As these are digital contents with immediate access, there is no right to a refund, except in the case of a technical failure attributable to the platform.

Congresses and In-Person Events
Theoretical-practical events held on pre-defined dates and locations, with the participation of invited specialists.

Live Online Training
Programs with a defined duration, conducted in a synchronous format, with access according to the conditions announced at the time of registration.

Services

Mentorships
Personalized or group programs, conducted online, focused on methodology, technique, tactics, and psychology of specific goalkeeper training, according to previously agreed conditions.

3. Prices and Taxes
• Prices are duly indicated on the website.
• They may be presented in euros or other currencies.
• Unless otherwise indicated, the values include legally applicable taxes.
• Goalkeeping.pt reserves the right to change prices, create promotional campaigns, and apply discount codes.

Invoices are issued based on the data provided by the customer and sent by email.

4. Payment Methods

Payments can be made through secure platforms, namely:

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under legal terms, the user has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal only on annual subscriptions, provided they have not started consuming the content.

Exclusions to the right of withdrawal:
• Digital courses with immediate access
• Online training after start
• In-person events with a set date
• Mentorships after the start of the service

In case of a refund, fees associated with payment platforms may be deducted.

6. Customer Service
